The VL 4 is ideal for the high-volume production of chucked components up to 200 mm in diameter. It is characterised by its compact design and an integrated pick-up automation system. The machine base made of MINERALIT® enables low-vibration machining for high precision and tool life. With a 12-station turret and optional Y-axis, the VL 4 offers flexibility for various machining technologies.
The WPG 7 from EMAG WEISS is a high-precision external cylindrical grinding machine for workpieces up to 250 mm in length. It features a powerful grinding wheel drive, a large grinding wheel and a compact design that takes up just four square metres. The rigid construction and optional functions such as in-process measurement ensure the highest component quality. The WPG 7 is available in versions for straight plunge or 30° angular plunge grinding and can be flexibly automated.
